The world is changing fast and what worked well years ago may not work so well today. Thats why we decided to review how we run our plumbers merchants and decided to bring them into the 21st century.
Our quirky, cool interior is the first thing you’ll notice when you come through the door making a refreshing change from the drab, depressing interiors of old or the clinical, un personal feel from the big boys.
As an independent, we offer a more ‘personal’ customer experience. We’re not under sales target pressures or corporate company returns policies, our only concern is offering you the best customer service. I’m not going to lie and make out we’re perfect, but if we get it wrong we will put our hands up, then go above and beyond to put it right.
We understand that your business relies on our speed. Speed of deliveries, speed of prices/quotes and speed of service when visiting the trade counter. For this we offer a queue jumping, based on each customers level of urgency. Text ordering/quoting, including WhatsApp for images, with the ability to just grab and go!
Fast, next day stock replenishment, digitaly tracked and automatically ordered means we always have stock. From unvented cylinder spares to copper fittings (up to 54mm), heating controls to water main fittings (up to 32mm). And we’re always looking for more products to add.
We don’t offer free drinks out of a commercial vending machine, we offer FREE drinks from a kettle & Fridge! Cappuccino, latte, coffee, tea and hot chocolate or cold drinks including orangeade, lemonade, tropical and water from the fridge. Better yet, on a Friday between 4pm - 6pm join us for a free beer or two (T&C’s apply)
Location, location, location…….We didn’t locate ourselves in an industrial estate or part of town where there already is a plumbers merchants. Instead we located ourselves where it would create a convenience for you, shortening your travel time, when nipping off to get parts.
